yes i have a spring mounted from the right side *facing from back of car* of the 40IDF Weber accelerator arm to one of the spring retainers for my exhaust, but it still seem's to get caught, it seems that where the cable comes out of the fan shroud, is almost behind one of the arms of the manifold. -_- this carb's also been giving me a bit of trouble i have a 1914 cc engine, with an electric fuel pump, and i seem to be getting way too much fuel into the engine, it bottoms out the rpm's every time you give it gas, and now i seem to have gas in my oil, so my worst nightmare of having to rebuild the engine might be coming true T.T
