Well, I got about 2500lbs of VW parts but I think between what I picked up and what I have I'm about 95% to having another baja. For some reason the two pans I have each have some rot. The 68 body has rot on it also. Kind of odd for this part of the country.
I think I can take the 76 IRS pan that has the title and cut parts from the 68 pan to make it solid. The 68 body I'll repair what needs to be repaired and go from there. I have three front ball joint beams, something wrong with all of them but I should be able to combine everything into one good one and cut and turn it. I have a IRS tranny from my last baja and the 1915 engine that I've had for awhile and get it going.
I'll need to buy tires, some brake parts, misc nuts and bolts, and cooling tin for the engine and lots of elbow grease to be running again.
