Posted by aaron I would advise getting a partner for some of the trip if you plan to off-road or go on 4number highways (single digits being main highways, 2 digits paved roads, down to 4 digits: what's in store?). I would be keen to meet up some part of the journey, and maybe we can meet you for hte 1000+ turns part. Sounds good, but it needs to be coordinated with our vacations, since you ARE retired. -- aaron

That sounds like a great trip!
I've only done 3 road trips, and enjoyed each one tremendously.
