trip to Laos, Cambodia & Vietnam

Hi There, my name is Ralph and I am living since last year in Phuket. I am riding a R1150GS and was hoping to get some info about riding to Loas, Cambodia and Vietnam. Does anyone has experience or knows the proceedure for entering these countries? Thanks for any tips and info Ralph
