There is not a single text in the Bible that says the Holy Spirit is GOD Almighty. People during Constantine's days around year 325,because they were and still are naturally inclined to idol worship, polytheism and paganism as the Far Eastern religions are today, they decided to consider Jesus and the Holy Spirit as GOD Almighty. The Jews reject trinity,in addition to the very first groups of Christianity such as the Ebonites, the Corinthians, the Basilidians, the Capocratians, and the Hypisistarians never know about trinity doctrine at all.The Arians, Paulicians and Goths also accepted Jesus (pbuh) as a prophet of God and reject trinity.
There are a great many people who have rejected Jesus. This does not in any way change who He is. Here is how Jesus described the situation.
Matt 7:13-14
13 "Enter through the narrow gate. For wide is the gate and broad is the road that leads to destruction, and many enter through it. 14 But small is the gate and narrow the road that leads to life, and only a few find it.

This is simply a metaphorical speech.
1 Samuel 19:9
"But an EVIL from the LORD came upon Saul as he was sitting in his house with his spear in his hand. While David was playing the harp,..."
God doesn t have an Evil spirit, does he?If we are to take these literally ,it doesn t make sense.
What you call a "metaphorical speech" is the reason Christians believe that the Holy Spirit is different from an angel. It uses this terminology repeatedly in reference to the Holy Spirit. The Bible doesn't usually describe angels existing within or upon people, just as it doesn't describe people existing within or upon each other.
You brought up a statement about an evil spirit and Saul.
1 Sam 16:14
14 Now the Spirit of the LORD had departed from Saul, and an evil spirit from the LORD tormented him.
NIV
The Bible talks about how this came about in another situation.
2 Chron 18:19-22
19 And the LORD said, Who shall entice Ahab king of Israel, that he may go up and fall at Ramoth-gilead? And one spake saying after this manner, and another saying after that manner.
20 Then there came out a spirit , and stood before the LORD, and said, I will entice him. And the LORD said unto him, Wherewith?
21 And he said, I will go out, and be a lying spirit in the mouth of all his prophets. And the LORD said, Thou shalt entice him, and thou shalt also prevail: go out, and do even so.
22 Now therefore, behold, the LORD hath put a lying spirit in the mouth of these thy prophets, and the LORD hath spoken evil against thee.
KJV
This passage shows the difference between the Spirit of the Lord and the Spirit from the Lord.
The term "spirit" means wind, and refers to the immaterial life force which each person possesses. It also represents the mental processes themselves since they involve the spirit which God has given us. By definition, the spirit is part of the person. Here is an example in which the spirit is clearly part of the the man himself:
Gen 41:7-8
7 And the seven thin ears devoured the seven rank and full ears. And Pharaoh awoke, and, behold, it was a dream.
8 And it came to pass in the morning that his spirit was troubled; and he sent and called for all the magicians of Egypt, and all the wise men thereof: and Pharaoh told them his dream; but there was none that could interpret them unto Pharaoh.
KJV
There are multiple other examples in the Bible which amply confirm that an individual's spirit is an intimately part of the individual himself.
Ps 146:4
4 His breath goeth forth, he returneth to his earth; in that very day his thoughts perish.
KJV
The Bible is clear that the spirit is from God. It also separates the spirit from the matter which forms the material body.
Eccl 12:6-7
6 Remember him — before the silver cord is severed,
or the golden bowl is broken;
before the pitcher is shattered at the spring,
or the wheel broken at the well,
7 and the dust returns to the ground it came from,
and the spirit returns to God who gave it .
NIV
Jesus clearly stated that God is spirit.
John 4:23-24
23 Yet a time is coming and has now come when the true worshipers will worship the Father in spirit and truth, for they are the kind of worshipers the Father seeks. 24 God is spirit , and his worshipers must worship in spirit and in truth."
NIV
