By saying the exact opposite??

Why not simply make such a claim if he was really God almighty.
He clearly said that God alone is good and if you are telling me that he wanted to convey the message that he is good by saying the exact opposite then this is absurd.At least he should have given a clue to support your interptretation but since this is not the case ,we can only take this literally.
