The prophet Muhammad(SAW) never attacked Jesus(peace be upon him).We deny that Jesus is God and Jesus(peace be upon him)himself doesn t state that he is God.He always claimed that God is one.
I'm not sure we have exhausted the possibility that Mohammad's teachings in the Koran are compatible with Biblical theology. In order to discover whether they are compatible, I will assume that they are compatible and see where we end up. One thing I will not do, is to reject the clear testimony of the Bible.
After researching the topic more, I believe that I may have misunderstood the Koran. Mohammad may have been attacking tri-theists not orthodeox Christians. I thought Mohammad mentioned Mary because of the Catholics' love for her. However, I think that may not be the case. I found at least one source who states that there were people in Mohammad's day who believed that Jesus and Mary were separate Gods in addition to Jesus' Father.
Incidentally, when Jesus called God His Father, I do not believe that He was anthropomorphisizing God. This was meant as a metaphor to demonstrate Jesus' spiritual relationship to God, not a literal Sonship.

""Why do you call me good?" Jesus answered. "No one is good–except God alone." (From the NIV Bible, Mark 10:18)"
If Jesus doesn't consider himself as "good", then how can any sane person put him on the same level as GOD Almighty?
And notice how Jesus(peace be upon him) says "God ALONE".Why would he say that if he was God?
The interpretation of that verse depends upon the context. It is possible to interpret the verse that Jesus was denying His own goodness as you say, but I doubt it. Another way to interpret that passage is that Jesus was trying to lead the individual to accept who He, Jesus, actually is. Jesus is good and He is Divine.
