"He never attacked their accuracy like you have done."
The new testament was written after Jesus(Peace be upon him) left this world. So how could he respect the writings?
It is very possible that Mohammad thought he was one of the prophets and that when he honored the previous prophets, he was honoring their writings as well.
We do not deny that. The books given to the prophets originally is what we believe in not what remains today.
I have already pointed out an obvious flaw in the logic modern Muslims follow. You make great claims about how the Koran is such a wonderful and complete book, and yet you rely on Muslim tradition and hadiths for your actual beliefs.
I responded to that i think .Your claim was that if the Quran is perfect why do we need the Hadith.
"The parables were never meant to be taken literally."
U did not understand my point in raising this question.Remember what u said in some earlier posts.Let me quote it:"Amir seems to be playing the games of head i win tail u lose.If somehings agrees with u it is considered a miracle,if not it is taken to be metaphorical."Remember it?
So what if now i would say the same thing:"Illumunati seems to be playing the game of head i win tail u lose.If there is something they can do its considered a miracle like for example christians believers being able to cure cancers by prayers. And if there's something they can't do like moving mountains the its taken to be a parable."
Didn t it occur to u that the prophet Muhammad also spoke in parables?
U said u did not agree with me that the Hadith about the sun prostrating is metaphoric, didn t it occur to u that indeed it was because the sun can t prostrate like we human do.
Didn t it occur to u that if Jesus(Peace be upon him)spoke in parables then Muhammad(SAW) also did the same.
If i can t understand the teachings of Jesus bnecause he spoke in parables the u can understand that of Muhammad(SAW) because u don t believe in him according to your own reasoning.
"Because you approach His teaching to criticize them rather than to learn and perhaps to be saved, you are blinded to His message."
The same could be said about your approach of the teachings of prophet Muhammad(SAW).
Jesus frequently spoke in parables. The parables were never meant to be taken literally.
Did i have to go through all that to finally make u understand that their are some sayings which are not meant to be taken literally.
