"Tle lorentz contraction could explain how the very long time taken for the travel appeared relatively short to the Prophet Muhammad(SAW).As far as relativity is concerned i think it does explain a lot about the Miraj especially time travel."
If Mohammad had been gone from home for several years and came back claiming that he had been gone for only one night, you would be correct. Under those circumstances, relativity could explain the discrepancy. Unfortunately, that is not how I have read the story. My understanding is that Mohammad was gone at maximum one earth night which in Arabia would be about 12 hours.
No matter how fast Mohammad traveled on the Miraj, the Lorentz contraction would not affect those earth hours, since the earth continued as usual in its own frame of reference. The best you can get from relativity is that Mohammad traveled for 12 earth hours but in his accelerated frame of reference his clock told him he had been traveling for less than 12 hours. For example, a beam of light which travels from the sun for 6 earth hours will travel slightly beyond Pluto. To the beam of light, in its frame of reference, its journey is almost instantaneous.
Because the Miraj is supposed to have occurred in one earth night, the physical limitations have to be measured by clocks on this earth. If Mohammad had actually traveled close to the speed of light, he would have traveled only a few minutes in his frame of reference. Therefore, all his encounters with important personages would have had to occur within a few seconds in Mohammad's frame of reference. When he returned to Earth, Mohammad would have thought he had been gone a few minutes, and would have been surprised to discover that he had been gone for an entire night. Physically, because of the vast distances in the universe, because he only traveled for one earth night, Mohammad could not have traveled beyond own solar system, even if he had traveled close to the speed of light.
If God lives in our solar system, then according to modern physics the Miraj could have occurred in one night as Mohammad claims. Perhaps God lives in the center of the sun? If not, the Miraj is physically impossible. Hence, unless God lives in our solar system, the Miraj was either a dream or a miracle.
Without a space suite and oxygen, the Miraj is physically impossible under any circumstances. Therefore, even if God lives in the middle of the sun, the Miraj was either a dream or a miracle. If you believe it is a miracle, that is well within your right. People have the right to interpret their holy books as they please. However, once you or any other religious person claims that their holy book contains miracles which are scientifically impossible, they have forfeited the right to claim that science supports their holy book.
Let me be clear. From God's perspective, miracles which violate the laws of physics may be possible. I'm not limiting God. However, if a holy book makes claims that violate the laws of physics, it is logically absurd to then claim that physics proves that the holy book is true. If physics is the arbiter of truth, then according to physics, the holy books can not possibly be true.
