It is good to discover that all Muslims don't support terrorism. The problem is not that all Muslims are personally willing to kill innocent people, but that "moderate" Muslims provide the supportive community which makes terrorism possible. Terrorism couldn't exist among the Muslim community if a majority of Muslims didn't tolerate it. I believe it was Mao who said that the people are the sea in which the revolutionaries swim. Along the same lines, "moderate" Muslims are the sea in which Muslim terrorists swim.
Probably the best indicator of the intentions of the Muslim community towards non-Muslims are demonstrated in opinion polls. The key indicator is Muslim support for Sharia. Here is what Gallup discovered.
"Most surprising is the absence of systemic differences in many countries between males and females in their support for Sharia as the only source of legislation. For example, in Jordan, 54% of men and 55% of women want Sharia as the only source of legislation. In Egypt, the percentages are 70% of men and 62% of women; in Iran, 12% of men and 14% of women; and in Indonesia, 14% of men and 14% of women.

The numbers in Indonesia are not a fair representation of Muslim opinions since there are many non-Muslims who would of course oppose sharia. The Iranians are probably a good indication of a society which has had the opportunity to live in both a modern progressive society and then have been subject to a fundamentalist Islamic regime. The Iranians are victims of Islamic Jihadis who overran their country many centuries ago and have persecuted their Jews, Christians, and Zoroastrians.
The degree of religious persecution and intolerance in any society with Muslims is directly related to the support for Sharia law.In Egypt, the original inhabitants, whose ancestors built the pyramids are the Copts, who are mostly Christians. After a millennium, they are still persecuted and dispossessed in their own country by the Arab Muslim invaders who are now the majority. Sharia itself is a form of terrorism.
