Danish Cartoons
A few months ago, the world was treated to the disgusting spectacle of Mulsims around the world rioting because the some Danish cartoonists had mad some images they didn't like. Now we have a Muslim country, Iran which had made it a captial crime to convert away from Islam. This type of crimnal behavior by a large number of Muslims raises the question of whether Islam itself has become a crimnal enterprise.
When an entire Shia Muslim nation kills people who use their brains to reject their dogma, is it still possible to blame a few fanatics? In Iran, isn't murder in the name of Islam now mainstream? Where are the moderate voices in Islam protesting this type of behavior?
Saudia Arabia is just as bad. They are the most authoritative representatives of Sunni Islam. In this case, an entire Sunni country has enshrined crimnal behavior in their laws. At what point can we stop blaming religious fanatics, and come to the conclusion that these murders are Islam?
I have challenged any of the Billions of Muslims in the world to come have a rational discussion. So far, there have been no takers. This raises another question, is Islam itself completely irrational? Is it possible that Muslims kill everyone who disagrees with them because that is the only way the religion can survive. In other words, is ignorance a necessary precondition for the existence of Islam? When any belief system, secular or religious must rely on persecution and murder to survive, that in itself is proof that the belief system is wrong. Truth doesn't can be fair and gentle.
For those anti-religious secularists who waltz in here and make ignorant remarks, let me remind you that it is your belief system which has killed the most people in the history of the world. Ideas which brought about the reign of terror during the French revolution, have continued to bring murder and mayhem onto mankind. Marxism has been and is still the official ideology of anti-religious secularists. Your ideology has killed 100,000,000 people so far, and you guys are far from the end of your murderous rampaige. The Nazis also drew inspiration from your ideology, although they decided to express it in neo-Paganism. Islam, Christianity, Judaism, Hinduism, Shintuism, Buddhism all together, over the entire history of the world, have not killed as many people as the anti-religious secularists have killed in 200 years.
What I'm calling for is not an attack on religion, but rather a rational discussion. Is God a God of love? If so, why are so many people killing in His name? Is God a God of reason? If so why are there so many irrational people who claim that God is on their side?
