Hi Roy! I really like the organising of your letters. You seem like an intelligent person but I would have to say that when you read scriptures, whether fromt he Quran or the Bible, your interpretation is totally off,respectfully speaking from one human to another. The passages that you read from both the Quran and the Bible did not either of them state what you said that it stated. You really need to go back and look at both of them. I am sorry that you call yourself an atheist. You are a human being with a spirit inside of you. That spirit came from somewhere. Where do you think it came from? I can tell you, it came from God. It does not matter what you beleive or what I beleive or any other. God is God without our beleifs. Even if nobody beleived in God, God would still be God. He made us in His image and put us in dominion over everything on this earth. The reason that people such as yourself do not see him is cause we have a choice to beleive or not. You chose for this time not to beleive. Again, that does not make God not exist. That makes God not exist in your personal life (In your mind). But your mind is of your physical body. When you stop thinking about only the things that you know (That you can see, feel and touch etc...) then, you will be able to know God. God is of Spirit, we are of flesh and blood. It is impossible to understand Him or know Him if we think with our minds. We must get in touch with our spirit inside of us and use that part of us to understand God. I pray that He opens your eyes (Your spiritual eyes) and lets you see the truth. You do not exist on mans ability. Nor do the trees of the earth or the skies or the stars etc.... There is only one way that you as an athiest can explain all that and that is by theory. God is a fact! You have no discrepancies with God. It is plain to see that the only discrepancy is in your ability to read something and understand what it is saying. Your interpretation is off. I do not understand how myself because from what you wrote, It says something opposite. It is plain to me but God does say that he will blind people so they can not see the truth because those people reject Him. Try to think of God with an open mind and if you want to talk to me, I am someone that will not get offended or upset but will talk to you and be straight and honest. If not, I feel that you might be affraid to know that there is a God because beleif in God requires that we do not live for our own selfish desires but for Him and His ultimate will for us in our lives.
