I bid you Greetings!
The Shire boasts a host of activities besides fighting and armoring. We have a very healthy complement of archers...in fact we do believe that all our members shoot or have shot at one time or other. We have been meeting just about every Sunday since the weather has been pretty cooperative.
Our Month of Sunday's Arts & Science classes are coming soon. We have pretty regular A&S meetings as well. There are gentles teaching anything from arrow making to beadwork and beyond! Regular middle eastern drumming and dance classes are taught by Lady Ximena.
In addition, Aarquelle will be having it's yearly Defender tourney this summer and a kingdom event as well.
I suggest as a newbie you get in touch with Lady Channon whose name should be listed on the home page. She is the current Hospitaller and can get you the info you may need to have some fun with us!
My personal interests lie in archery, illumination and calligraphy and Beladi dance.
Hope to see you at Shire meetings or such.
