Posted by Mark Cohen on 8/15/2002, 4:44 pm The caterer wanted $25 a head plus food service (2 people @ $312 including gratuity). He supplies all paper goods and cook ware. With tax 6.75%, that comes out to $1240 total or $35 a head; not the $25 that we were asking. I countered with $20 a head with a guarantee of 40 people ($800) then the Bottom line is, it would be great if we get 50 PEOPLE to come; otherwise, we'll just have to come up with a little extra out of pocket on Sunday. Hamburgers, vegiburgers, hotdogs and salads will be served. I cut out desert to cut the cost. Let's hope for a Good Humor truck!
