Hello Class of '72
I just checked your web-site and read the sad news about Keith Newman. I also lived in the neighborhood, but my best memory of Keith is after I got my first car, which was a stick shift, which I didn't yet know how to drive. I got stuck on the slight incline at the light in Ardsley, heading North on 9A. I stalled out through at least 3 light changes and finally the guy in the car behind me, you guessed it, Keith Newman, my old neighbor, talked me through how to use the gas and the clutch at the same time, much to the relief of all the cars behind me. Thank you, Keith. I pray for strength for the family in this difficult time.
