Is the GUS hand held communication device a good option for a 33 year old male, with Asperger's syndrome? He is highly intellegent computer (Mac user)programmer but is not using language. His lack of even social language is a barrier. He can type in phrases on his Mac but speaker volume is low and it is laborious and he prefers to use gestures,smiles,writing short phrases down on paper. We are looking for software with more voice folders for the Mac or a hand held device that he could keep in his pocket or on his belt.
