I think that the picture is on the website. If not drop me a line and I'll send you a copy by email. It was Capt. A.M.J. "Tommy" Atkins (3rd Skipper)that was driving the boat when the picture was taken and the speeding ticket was given. They presented it to him on the pier in San Diego when we arrived.
