He who is used to swimming in a slow moving stream, needs time to adjust to being in a rapidly moving river. OK, the truth is Confucious didn't say this. I did.
Cut the guy some slack please. He'll probably start out contributing in ways that Brian Freeman did (good passing but playing mostly away from the basket, so not that many boards), PLUS he'll have the ability to hit a 3 every now and again. His ability to dribble and hit outside shots gives him a significantly higher ceiling that that of Freeman. How high he will go is up to his work ethic, his talent (which is VERY hard for any of us to judge, UNLESS WE'VE SEEN A BUNCH OF PRACTICES LIKE FRANK HAS), and how well he picks up what the coaching staff is feeding him.
