The rest of the schedule is in LB's favor and I see the team pulling out the conference championship. The bad thing is that these loses have effectively put the team in a position that advancing will be very difficult in the NCAA tourney.

: I will take it a step further....we absolutly
: have to beat Irvine and we really can't
: afford to lose to any other BW school who is
: left on our schedule or we kill our RPI.
: The Thanksgiving Tournament will not help us
: but could hurt us albeit not badly.....we
: must win out because I do not think that,
: right now, the BW gets three teams into the
: tournament, unless Irvine is the third team
: and they beat us when we play in a couple of
: weeks.....but if we lose to them I don't see
: us making the top two in conference which
: would mean that we are in deep doo doo!!!
: How far we have fallen!!!

: The rest of the schedule is pretty favorable
: from here. I they're overdue for a winning
: streak that should push them back into the
: Top 25.
:
: The only two remaining road matches are
: against sub-par competition, while the
: tougher BWC matches are at home. But one bad
: loss to a Riverside or Northridge and we
: could be on the bubble.
:
: Pacific (16-7, 6-5)
: UC Davis (18-7, 9-2)
: @ Riverside (4-17, 2-9)
: @ Northridge (7-16, 3-6)
: Riverside (4-17, 2-9)
: Irvine (17-6, 7-4)
:
: Plus, four more matches at home for the
: Thanksgiving tournament.

: Our team drops to 34th......yikes......haven
: 't been this low in a long long long long
: long time!!! Not looking good now for the
: conference and even UCI is still getting
: more votes than us after they lost to two
: unranked teams last weekend....looking like
: the BW is on the verge of only 2 teams being
: in the post season.....IMHO we are getting
: screwed by the voters in the polls but it is
: what it is!!
