Tonight is a battle for 1st place with lots on the line. The 49ers can get knocked out of 1st place and knocked out of the top 25 national rankings all at once with a loss.
I don't get how there can be about 1500 in attendance when UCSB rolls into the Pyramid but only about 400 in attendance when LBS plays at Fullerton. So not very many 49er fans made the short road trip?
Well tonight I'm gonna drive down the 405 to Irvine and watch this big match even if it means making a sacrifice of missing the Dodgers/Angels games.
