Yep....Steve Bogan was on LA State's team too. They weren't deep (neither were we) but they were good. Virginia had some value in those days....USC nor UCLA could beat us there.....& they always griped about the small green & other little local knowledge/tricky things that popped up at VCC. Weh, weh, weh.... The membership wouldn't let us in the club house in those days. Pinky would occasionally cut us some slack.
