The likelyhood for somebody leaving gets greater with less time some players will be getting, due to the influx of talent. Couple that with a serious injury and frustration may start to set in with a player or two (and understandably so) Monson hints at it by saying every ride has to be earned every year. And due to his intolerance of players that bring down the program, ie, Porter and Gant, I think it will be very tough for not at least one player to move on.
