True, with the exception of Utah State the non conference home schedule sucks.
But when conference starts I think we will have at least a couple of sellouts. At least CSUF and UCSB. The league as a whole is better. Which should make for some interesting games.

: I think that the administration is well aware
: of the fact that our home schedule is just a
: little anemic this year.....isn't going to
: help the attendance much, that's for
: sure....winning on the road, which will be
: difficult, could generate some interest but
: still the home schedule sucks!

: How about Pac-1o schools like Oregons, Zona
: and the Washingtons?
:
: Also, how about getting some mid-west
: schools here that haven't been seen in a
: while? Ivy League?

: I think San Diego State would be a even
: better
: draw than USD. But I would like to see both
: schools on LBSU's schedule.
:
: Another good draw and not far away would be
: Fresno State. Get the Red Wave driving down
: to LB again. Strong possibity of a sell out.

: We need to get more folks to come to the
: Pyramid. An obvious schedule add is San
: Diego University. Both of our programs are
: on somewhat similar footing at this point.
: Both are on the rise and have enough talent
: to compete with each other.
:
: I hope (and expect that we are) pursuing a
: home/home (alternating years like with LMU
: and Pepperdine) schedule with SD. It's near
: by so it won't cost either school a fortune
: to make the trip. And we'd both get some
: decent competition that might help both
: schools prepare for league play.
:
: Saint Mary's would be another one worth
: adding, but I'm not sure it would be as easy
: to add them as SD (remember the Gonzaga
: connection of both coaches).
