I cringe to think about Artest's attitude when Phil doesn't like what he sees and he benches him for an extended period of time, as he has done in the past many times. You either play Phil's game or you don't play. Artest then becomes a cancer and gets traded for a player with lesser skills than Ariza. I don't think even Kobe can keep this guy in check.
