Yes, there will only be 12 home games at the 'Mid next year (there's currently 11 and adding another will be 12), but it's also a scheduling coincidence as much as it's a factor of teams not wanting to play us.
This year, we owe Green Bay a return game for the home Bracketbuster last year. Additionally, our Bracketbuster for 2009-10 is already scheduled to be on the road. This is a unique situation because it should be one home and one away, but it's just the way it fell. Additionally, playing in the 76 Classic takes away a week of possible home games (we played New Mexico State during this time last year).
Yes, we're hitting the road to buff the wallet and get some exposure, but the home schedule is also a result of coincidence with other commitments this season.
